Shipping policy

At CANDULLA BIKES, we aim to process all orders placed on our website within 24 hours. Shipping is initiated shortly after, with dispatches completed within 7 days from the purchase date. We deliver across INDIA through trusted third-party shipping partners. The estimated delivery time varies between 7 to 14 days, depending on your location.

In rare cases of unforeseen delays or during peak seasons like festivals, we will promptly inform customers through our support team.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive email and SMS notifications containing a tracking ID.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on factors such as the destination address, package weight, and shipping method selected. You will see the shipping cost at the checkout before finalizing your order. For Bicycle shipping charges are 0 for other spare parts and accessories it is 69 per order.

Delivery Timeframe:

  • Once your customized bicycle is ready for shipment, we'll provide you a photo over WhatsApp with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.
  • Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, please understand that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues may impact delivery schedules.
  • Shipping Time - All Standard Orders are shipped in 3-4 days. All Customized orders are shipped in 6-8 days. 
  • Delivery Time - Once the order is shipped the usual time taken for delivery is 3-4 days in North India Zone, and 5-8 days for Rest of India.

 
International Shipping:
Currently We do not offer international shipping for our customized bicycles
